Information for paper presentations at the WI 2021
Full papers are presented in tracks. The maximum presentation time is 10 minutes. Afterwards, there will be 5-10 minutes for discussion and questions. The papers will be presented live via Zoom, with authors sharing their screen. To ensure a smooth process, we will offer training sessions in February for authors to test the technical equipment.
Short papers will be displayed as posters throughout the conference in Gathertown as PDF, PNG or JPG. There are no binding requirements regarding the format. Posters will be uploaded by the conference team in Gathertown. Uploads are limited
to 200 MB so that all posters can be loaded correctly in Gathertown. During the Open Discussion Session, our team will actively guide conference participants to the posters. Authors should stand by near their posters during this period
– as soon as participants approach, a video chat will automatically open and a conversation can be started.
Student papers have the same requirements as full papers, and presentations have the same requirements as short papers.
